I will be speaking at the next meeting of the Chicago Real Estate Investors Association (CAREIA) on Monday November 18th from 7:00-9:30pm. Please feel free to sign up to attend the event if you have any interest in Real Estate Investing.
Here is a little more information about the specific topic I will be presenting:
Tax Preparation & Entity Options
Whether you own 200 units or have no real estate experience, anyone who has an interest in real estate investing is invited to attend our General Meeting. Each month a different speaker will share information on topics relating to the many aspects of investing in real estate and being a landlord. Our General Meetings provide a great opportunity to network with experienced real estate investors from all over the Chicagoland area. We also have an extensive real estate library for our members to use. The General Meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of each month. Registration and Networking begin at 7:00pm and the Meeting starts at 7:30pm.
Depending on which side of the Cashflow Quadrant you are on, taxes can be your largest expense! It only makes sense to be able to effectively minimize your tax rate as best as possible. Join us, while Mr. Dean Holland shares his 25 years of experience and expertise as a CPA in the Chicagoland area. Mr. Holland will help you to be more prepared for the upcoming tax season, and will also be giving an in depth explanation of the different entity choices that real estate investors have, in order to help you choose which options are best for you.
